Frequently asked questions
do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes! We do accept custom & personalized orders on occasion. Please reach out to us via email with your idea and we can chat!
How do i care for my pottery?
Our pottery is food, oven (up to 400°), dishwasher and microwave safe.
Due to the risk of thermal shock and breakage, it is recommended to gradually heat and cool the pottery with oven use. Hand washing with dish soap and and a scrub brush also works perfectly.
Our handmade ceramics are durable and able to withstand the most demanding everyday use.
wrapping & packaging?
We package each pottery piece with care to ensure its safe arrival to all our customers.
Every piece is bubble wrapped, brown paper wrapped and tied with a bakers twine bow. It is then placed in a hearty brown shipping box, cushioned with recycled boxing materials and taped with the Camilla’s Collection name.
Sometimes, the cushioned material used for shipping box filler may not be the most visually appealing. However, it allows us to incorporate perfectly good reusable and recyclable material.
where do you ship?
Domestic Shipping: We ship via UPS or USPS within the contiguous United States.
International Shipping: We do offer international shipping. Please reach out to us via email with your country/ city/ zipcode and a general idea of your pottery order for a shipping quote. Once we provide a shipping quote we can then create a special order for purchasing.
Do you offer wholesale?
At this time, we do not offer wholesale options. However, if you are interested in placing a larger order, please reach out to us. We would be happy to discuss if we can offer a discount for your order size.
Do you offer return, exchanges or cancellations?

Is your pottery safe?
Yes! All of our pottery is free of lead and cadmium, making it safe for use with food. It is also safe for use in the oven (up to 400°), dishwasher and microwave.
Due to the risk of thermal shock, it is recommended to gradually heat and cool the pottery with oven use.
is all pottery handmade?
Yes! We create each of our pieces one by one, without using mass production molds. We stay true to our studio's handmade approach by using the potter's wheel and slab roller for hand-building. As a result, each piece will have its own unique look and feel, with slight variations in size, shape, and color being possible.
All pieces are also fired in our home studio. We fire at cone 05 for the first bisque firing (approx. 1900°) and cone 5 for the second glaze firing (approx. 2200°). Each piece is signed/stamped with the Camilla’s Collection name.
