Order Processing:

Order processing is the amount of time needed to complete your order once we receive it before its shipped out. Each and every ceramic piece is thoughtfully handmade in our studio, so we appreciate your patience.

Made To Order: 3-5 Weeks*
Made To Order Dinnerware: 6-8 Weeks
Ready To Ship: 1-3 Business Days

*If you have smaller order and feel you’d like to reach out to find if we could accommodate a shorter processing time, please send us an email with your potential order and we will let you know if we can.

return policy:

We do accept returns for our products under the following conditions.


Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
All items must be sent back in the same condition that it was received in order to receive a full product refund.

Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we will not accept.

Cancellation requests will be honored if requested within 3 days of purchase.

Please reach out to us via email to process a return or cancellation.

All custom orders are final sale and are non-refundable.

Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable

Shipping Policy:

We take great care in creating and packing our handcrafted items, so that they will last and become a cherished addition to your home.

Please be advised that due to a high volume of shipments from USPS, there may be delivery delays. These situations are out of our control.

Rarely, packages can get lost in the mail. However, if tracking provides a positive delivery notification, Camilla’s Collection is not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to us if you have not received your order.

Exchange policy:

To be most efficient, we do NOT offer pottery exchanges. You will get the pieces you want the fastest if you simply return your pottery for a refund and order the correct pottery you’d like.

Damaged or incorrect orders:

If your order arrives damaged please reach out to us right away so we can offer replacements.

Please send an email to camillascollection.studio@gmail.com accompanied by photos of the damage for our records.

If you receive an incorrect item please reach out to us so we can help rectify your order.

FINAL SALE POTTERY:

All pottery labeled OOAK (one of a kind) is final sale and not eligible for a return.

All “CLEARANCE” SALE pottery is final sale and not eligible for a return.

All CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATIONS are final sale and not eligible for a return.
